- You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases.
- You will not distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code through our website.
- You will not scrape, reproduce, or republish our content without prior written consent.

3. Services Engagement
3.1 Scope of Services
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply to all services unless explicitly superseded by a signed agreement.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your IT infrastructure and security requirements.
- Grant timely access to systems, personnel, and documentation necessary for service delivery.
- Designate a point of contact to coordinate with our team throughout the engagement.
- Comply with all applicable Saudi laws, including NCA regulations and industry standards.
3.3 Service Limitations
While we employ industry-best practices and certified professionals, no cybersecurity service can guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Our services are designed to materially reduce risk and achieve compliance objectives, not to eliminate all security risks entirely.
4. Aramco CCC Certification — Specific Terms
- Scope: Our CCC certification service covers gap analysis, policy documentation, technical control implementation, evidence collection, and audit submission support based on SACS-002 or SACS-210 requirements.
- Pass rate guarantee: We guarantee a 98% first-time pass rate for clients who fully implement all recommended controls within the agreed timeline.
- Client readiness: Certification timelines depend on the client's existing security posture and timely cooperation. SirajTech is not liable for delays caused by client-side dependencies or third-party vendor timelines.
- Aramco decision: Final certification approval is at the sole discretion of Saudi Aramco. SirajTech cannot guarantee certification outcomes, though we have a proven track record of successful certifications.
5. Fees & Payment
- All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of applicable VAT (15%).
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice — typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion for fixed-price projects.
- Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge on outstanding amounts.
- Service delivery may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
6. Intellectual Property
- Pre-existing IP: Each party retains ownership of all intellectual property developed prior to the engagement.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use deliverables (policies, documentation, configurations) for their internal business purposes only.
- Methodology: SirajTech retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, and processes used in service delivery.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:
- SirajTech's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or service delivery shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
- This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to:
- Hold all confidential information in strict confidence for the duration of the engagement and for 3 years thereafter.
- Use confidential information solely for the purpose of performing obligations under the agreement.
- Limit access to confidential information to personnel with a legitimate need to know.
- Return or destroy all confidential information upon termination of the agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement:
- For convenience: With 30 days' written notice. The client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- For cause: Immediately if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days of written notice.
- Survival: Sections on confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and payment obligations survive termination.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
- Mediation: Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days.
